Since it is Monday, that means it is time for MOTIVATION!
I just saw this one for the first time yesterday and LOVE it. This one definitely speaks to me. I am going to print this and put it in my planner.
So, who besides me has been guilty of this one? So you eat a crap meal or snack – you don’t need to continue it throughout the day. Make the next meal or snack HEALTHY. And don’t beat yourself up. Seriously.
Yes. It took me TEN YEARS to put on my weight, during which time I rarely moved. It is insane that I think it should be off in three months.
I wouldn’t say my training is an addiction yet, but I actually look forward to some of my workouts. That is certainly progress. My favorite workouts (currently) are arm workouts and H.I.I.T. training on the elliptical.
Definitely need this one. Apparently when I gave up diet sodas my brain decided fries were okay. Um, no.
And what happens when I eat fries? Yep, you got it. Unhappy me.
Everyone will have bad days, bad meals, bad workouts. Don’t let it kill your confidence and your motivation.
